The rooms were clean and had some updating done. The floors are not carpeted and it looked more modern with the new furniture and decor. The linens were very crisp and clean. The outdoor pool was very nice and there were shady areas to sit at. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we will book here again.

comfort and kindness from all the staff. parking was convenient and free. any request or problem was addressed immediately. rooms and facilities in the rooms were operable and clean..all immenities were working and supplied

The outdoor pool was very nice.Good breakfast. Good location.Very friendly staff. free bottled water. Nice resturaunt.

Good location. Close to PSU but out of the fray. Within easy walking or driving distance to everything, including a great grocery store. Nice and quiet at night, too, even the night before a big game when the place was packed. I also liked that there was a back and front street entrance to the property, which made for easy in and out to the property depending on your route.

The bed was very comfortable. The culinary staff was very courteous and accommodating. I needed an item that was not among the breakfast choices, and when I requested it, it was brought to be without hesitation.

It was super convenient to the Bryce Jordan Center ! Staff was so nice ! The rooms were so clean and had plenty of towels etc… it was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave… the free breakfast was pretty good (I love balling on a budget, so I’m easy to please with the basics) I heard that the restaurant was really good (we got in too late to try it) overall this is a cute older motel and if you kind of dig nostalgia it’s there ! You are super close to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants and event arenas

I came up from west Virginia to stay the weekend for birthday. My daughter lives in state college and came to visit her and her boyfriend. Ir was definitely a weekend to remember. The bar area was super nice and the staff there and the hotel staff was very pleasant. Our room was also very clean. The bathroom area was small but that's fine. The indoor was absolutely beautiful

Room was cold, couldn't get it warmer than 68 degrees. Bathroom floor was dirty. The entire layout of the hotel was odd. Got lost going and coming back from the inside pool to our room. Couldn't find food or drink vending machines anywhere. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The location was convenient and close to restaurants, gas stations; and our destination (Bryce Jordan Center). Great value for the price.
